Belinda Murphy is currently presenting a Wellness Programme to the Transition Year students in Scoil Mhuire Kanturk. Belinda designed this bespoke programme for our cohort of students and it is being received very well by our students. Belinda is very professional in her approach and delivery. Belinda is an excellent communicator and she has a great understanding of the lives of teenagers in modern society. Belinda worked with my first-year group for three weeks as part of a wellbeing module. She was always enthusiastic and positive about everything she did and spoke to the group on a level they could relate with. Retreat day at Carrauntoohil filled me with peace and gave me space to contemplate, in magical surroundings. Belinda guided us intuitively throughout the day, a gift we are glad she shares through her work.
